James was polite and considerate to our needs. He stood in and advocated for us at closing making sure that we were always put first and that no one was pulling wool over our eyes. Some repairs needed to be made, James made sure that they will be made. He is very professional and knows his job. My husband and I are grateful James was and is on our team!!!
