Jimmy assisted me with selling a home of a family member who had passed away. Chose him because he was local and had great reviews and I instantly liked him the first time we spoke on the phone. He met with me, toured the home, gave a very fair listing price and returned the same day with an interested buyer. It doesn’t get better than that. He made dealing with a long distance sale easy. Very responsive to calls and texts. Would definitely recommend as a listing agent - he knows the area and is very knowledgeable.
