Delt with Nicolas Dulac and terrible experience we had a contract to purchase our building from one of his buyers and the closing was scheduled for 30 days after signing the contract. After 80 days we asked for and got an addendum that stated after 3-16-2020 The buyers would put 1K non refundable and after 3-20-2020 an additional 5K would be non refundable.
