Purchased a home a few years ago and we were treated horribly by this title company. My husband and I were new to the Maine area and the representative spoke to us like we were children. It was so unprofessional and unbelievable that we were treated in that manner. Tread lightly, as they are not a professional organization.
We started the process of moving to Maine over 2 years ago and were referred to Chris Albert by a Police Officer that was also working with him. It took 2 years to get everything lined up for us to find the house we just bought. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Thank you!
Nancy Falvey was amazing. She had the patience of a saint dealing with my husband and I. We had been looking all along mid coast Maine and put in several offers over a 2 year period. We finally just closed on our dream home in Spruce Head. Our area was literally 75 miles along the coast and even with that distance Nancy was always there and made the showings happen , sometimes in a moments notice.
