I have used Melinda Paker for this home transaction as well as my last 2. She is absolutely amazing. When Bob Watson hopped in to help get everything squared away for this house I was a a little apprehensive as Melinda has set the bar so high! Bob did NOT disappoint. He was absolutely great. Jeff Bertrand helped me purchase my first home in 2017, he was amazing. Very friendly and went above and beyond before, during and after closing. In 2022 it was time to sell so I reached out to Jeff, who was no longer with BHG but still made sure to connect me with Chris McClain. I toured a house in Dover for which Bob of Masiello Group was the seller's agent. I've seen about 20 houses and this was definitely, without a doubt, the worst tour of all (the tour, not the house). The agent was completely clueless, disinterested and unhelpful. Didn't bother to show us around, didn't ask if we had any questions.
