Steve is wonderful to work with. He drove us all over southern Vermont and New Hampshire prior to us purchasing our home. He kept in touch over the years when we had questions about vendor recommendations, market trends, and advice on how much he thought we should put into repairs to ensure we got our money back when it was time to sell.
