Amazing company. Amazing agents. Highly recommend.
I booked to tour a house through Zillow and got Donna Patino. We confirmed the tour for 7pm. The house was 1hr and 15 min from where I currently am. I pull up to the house and Donna meets me and tells me I have to sign a piece of paper in order for her to show me the house. Turns out it was to ensure that she would be my real estate agent for the house. This was never explained to me when she called to verify the tour time. Avoid at all costs if you are a minority or LGBTQ+. The agent Russell Sutherland publicly posts hate speech kibble to their corporate profile. BHGRE should not allow rogue agents like this to sully the companies name. I urge anyone looking to buy a home in the area to look elsewhere for a realtor.
