My issue here is with the conduct of the brokerage owner, Nelson Goulart. After providing professional staging services to one of their agents and not being paid, I notified the brokerage owner in writing — multiple times — with full documentation. Despite being made fully aware, no action was taken to address the issue or ensure the agent met basic professional obligations.
