Definitely would not recommend. Jeremy Callahan was the sellers agent. The seller stole appliances that were on the contract to stay. It has now been two weeks. I still have not received a single key. The sellers agent, Jeremy and broker, Gina have stopped responding to my agent and broker. The closing took 26 days longer than it should have. use realtor Cassie H. She's amazing an super kind an did I say GETS THE JOB DONE!!!!! I KNOW I was a unknown to real estate selling..being a 1st time seller in over 10+yrs, she would answer every question I ever had. Can NOT go wrong having her on your side!!!
Not sure where to start but I would leave 0 stars if possible. Joey Winslett is the listing agent on a house we were interested in. House has been on market well over a month so we sent an offer that was advantageous for us of course but expected to be countered. We were VERY clear in closing costs to be covered by seller. We received counter offer back at same listing price plus the seller would cover all closing costs. So of course we raised our offer higher and sent it back.
