Peggy sold my late father' house, also my grandparent's house who built it in the mid 50's. Got over listing, and to an individual with common friends I found out. The Senters were also neighbors and friends growing up. Bill, one of the nicest men you could ever meet. When our mother passed away Christmas morning of '92, he was the first person to come see my dad. Scott, went to high school with, has his dad's personality. Just good people.
Kelly Clay did a excellent job in the selling of my mothers home, handled the whole process like a real professional. Answered all my questions and I was able to sell the home remotely. Would highly recommend Kelly to any real estate dealings.
