Great place...I looked for a wooded lot for a couple months on my own. I talked to Better Homes & Gardens and they found me a 1.8 acre wooded lot in the county the first day. All the lots I found were $70,000 or more they got me this lot for $36,000. Best deal ever. Thanks bunches.
