They know how to buy and sell but DON'T use for construction!! They will take $25000 up front just because, this isn't a part of the contract, when it's time to close They will present over runs without receipts or change orders and be telling you $25000 - 50000 needs to be paid or else a lein will be placed on the home and threats of foreclosure. This is extortion, get an attorney before you close so you aren't paying extortion money. DON'T use CrossCountry Mortgage, they are cohorts with them as well. Avoid.
Highly recommend Gary Bryan for your home selling or buying needs. He made the transition from moving to another state a breeze. Our real estate agent was Kevin Greer, and we absolutely loved working with him! We are not in Washington yet and Kevin was so incredibly helpful. He FaceTimed us for tours and the inspection, called just to check in and update us on where we were in the process, and was so on top of everything!
