Such courteous, friendly, and professional folks working at Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers! It’s a “one-stop-shop” for home buying! They make your buying and moving easy!
Unethical business practices conducted by individuals employed here to include but not limited to: Lying on legal documents, not disclosing rental property damages properly before tenants moved in, not allowing habitable conditions for rental properties or allowing certified technicians to fix it. Will not recommend. Cannot even get a call back from the Branch Manager.
Not real impressed with the customer service that I received at all. Its unfortunate that such large companies with such familiar names didn't stand up well at all. Located a rental property that we were interested in viewing, for family. On Friday called the listed number several time, after several attempts I was able to speak with the answering service, who was seemingly overwhelmed with his number of calls. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office areas were clean and organized. I enjoyed working with the people there.
