I had a terrible experience with Alyssa Davoli’s tenant placement service. She placed one of the worst tenants imaginable in my rental property. It was clear that she did not conduct a thorough background check or proper screening. The tenant ended up causing serious problems and turned out to be incredibly difficult to deal with. I expected a professional and responsible process, but this was far from it. I would not recommend her services based on my experience.

We had a very disappointing experience working with this office, specifically with Michael Filiberto and his supervisor Jenny Albaz. From the beginning, we were given inaccurate information and poor guidance that caused me direct financial loss. We were pressured to remove my tenants early under the assurance that buyers were “ready to close,” only to find out the buyers and lender were nowhere near ready.
