Our agent was very passive. Basically just sent me leads from the MLS site. The exact same listings I got from Zillow or Realtor.com. He didn't filter them at all so I manually had to filter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. So he actually made the process of finding a home harder. The new NAR contracts are stupid.
