I rented a home from Better Homes for three years. They did their biannual inspections. No complaints! I never needed or requested repairs to be done. We took exceptional care of the property. Upon terminating our lease they rushed us to let others view the home, right up to day we were trying to move out. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and the property cleaned.
