When I hire an agent and essentially the brokerage firm, I expect some level of discretion. I don’t think posting photos of my interior, secure, and somewhat private items on a Facebook page about prepping is acceptable. I understand those touring my home will see what’s in there but a FB page for hundreds of thousands of people? It took me only a moment to determine where your salesperson works and which homes he has listed. See how easy and how dangerous this unprofessional behavior is on his part?

While we had our house for sale with another company, Cole Newland made the mistake of going into our home for a showing instead of the house next door that was also for sale. The 2 things that bother me are, why did he not check the address as all of the houses on our street have mailbox numbers and how did he not verify the company who had the listing since our neighbor was using a completely different company?
