Our agent was Teresa Hogg and I could not have asked for for anyone better! She is very personalable , keeps you informed on every thing. She guided us through this process and explained everything which when you don’t have a clue means a lot. Our place sold in 2 weeks and she got us $20,000 more then what we was fixing to sell for, I think that day seen her billboard God give me a sign! BHGRE you are bless to have her as an agent! Can't say enough about wonderful job Jennifer Swafford and Teresa Hogg did in selling two family properties near Trion, Ga. Older homes with long renter situation, really didn't know how to price or how we'd get the properties cleaned to sell. Jennifer led us all the way with exceptional direction. Property advertisements were effective with many showings. Homes sold quickly with a solid competitive price especially with the second home. Closing was a non event. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.
