Never use these people. The Broker sits on the offers and does not forward them to the agents to present to seller's. They only present offers coming from in side the Brokerage so they can keep all the commission. They don't like dealing with DFW agents. So if you are coming from DFW with an offer avoid this Brokerage if you can. If you are listing a property do not use this brokerage. You may miss a cash offer from a buyer because this group wants all the commission you are going to pay.
They have a very nice sign and a wonderful ad in the Hideaway paper.
For the good reputation that hideaway has, we were definitely not expecting this office to be so unorganized. Was not impressed at all.
We purchased our first home in August 2022 and our realtors where Dianne Brown and Joan Lackey. They where both so wonderful and we felt like we where working with family. They helped us every step of the way and we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you Better Homes and Garden i20 team!
