Wendy is an amazing realtor she was so helpful she explained things to me when I didn’t understand and when I had any questions, she was always on top to answer them and get me the information I needed. Wendy listened to my concerns and help me find house that fit my price range she didn’t give up until we found my home. She was professional and courteous and I absolutely adored her. Looking for a place for my mother who is 62 and on disability . We schedule a tour and and see the cheap apartment and explain my mother has a rep resentarive payee and lady tells me they would be very lenient on application process because I mention my mom has no credit score and is on fixed income . So we place application fee of 52$ the highest fee in town just to be denied I felt scammed out of the money great talkers these lady's are rude as they get . Thanks anyways not a good experience .
Gary employs an ableist broker named Josh who likes to threaten the well being of people he makes awful accusations against, I would steer clear of this business.
Any real estate agency who keeps an employee who threatens a disabled person with a different POV than they have is not an agency I would care to do business with. You should be ashamed of your employee, Josh, and be ashamed of keeping him as a representative of your business.
