My agent Zephry tells me he is going to take care of a safety issue at the house I am about to close on then find out day of the closing he isn't and tells me if I don't close I need to retain a attorney. Do not use this company they have shady realtors that represent them. I did retain a attorney lucky for me I have one in my family but for people that do not this company does not represent your best interest at least in my case.
