Asked to see a home for sale (Address: 3403 Marywood) and was blown off by an agent here named Debbie. It was interesting because Debbie is the Listing Agent and is supposed to act as a fiduciary and act in the best interest of her client (The Seller). Instead of working with us to have someone come show us the listing she asked us to come back with a realtor. I guess the thought never crossed her mind to broker as a transaction broker. Really disappointed with Rayya. She didn’t communicate well and made the whole process stressful.
My house is on the market and this group showed the house to a client who did not want a pool despite knowledge of the pool beforehand. Showings are not easy to prepare for and this agency proved inconsiderate. Additionally, she came to the house two hours early and I had to stop work and pack up my family so they could view a house they were never interested in. Do better.
