One star is a compliment for her 'agent from hell' work. Charlotte Broesche is a shady agent to work with and she made our home buying a nightmare. She may be good for the seller, because she lied from the beginning and it continued until the day of scheduled closing. She lied about agreed maintenance, delayed communication till the closing date and even produced false paid receipts. Jonie hall was the selling agent for the home I bought in 2021. Not helpful is a compliment. Made my buying experience harder than it had to be up to the day we signed. If she is no long associated with this office I'll remove the review.
