This is a great realtor for you if you... 1. want an agent that does nothing to protect your best interest 2. want an agent that does everything unethical and shady to get top dollars Well, from my purchasing experience with Kelly Garmond and JoAnn Garza, I can tell you that you should RUN AWAY from this unprofessional company that does nothing when their employees are in the wrong.
I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced is unacceptable. Finding a place to purchase is already a nerve-wracking and daunting process. After building rapport with a realtor and sharing personal information over time, being passed around to others as if I am insignificant is frustrating. To make matters worse, Stephanie Castillo transferred me without even having the decency to inform me. Stay away!!
To all , I worked with Lori Austin . I am never one to leave a review , I normally take my displeasure in silence . I just have too say , this was by first my worse first time home buyer experience. I had already had a tough time with the whole process. I’m not sure if this was racial by any means but I will never give this realtor or company the time of day again .
