I don't want to mention names, but this realtor did not represent us very well. She was more worried about dealing with the sellers realtor and representing the sellers realtor than representing us. Within 3 days of moving into our home septic stopped working because it was completely 100% full and could have backed up into our house. Our inspector told us to request our realtor to get information on the service. She said she did.
