Asked to see a home for sale (Address: 3403 Marywood) and was blown off by an agent here named Debbie. It was interesting because Debbie is the Listing Agent and is supposed to act as a fiduciary and act in the best interest of her client (The Seller). Instead of working with us to have someone come show us the listing she asked us to come back with a realtor. I guess the thought never crossed her mind to broker as a transaction broker. I don't want to mention names, but this realtor did not represent us very well. She was more worried about dealing with the sellers realtor and representing the sellers realtor than representing us. Within 3 days of moving into our home septic stopped working because it was completely 100% full and could have backed up into our house. Our inspector told us to request our realtor to get information on the service. She said she did. Well had she done that, and represented us; we would not have moved into a home, with a 100% fu... read more
