Nick Campbell is the absolute best realtor and person I’ve met in a long time. He’s humble and attentive to what you need. He is a real class act. Nightmare. An absolute nightmare experience filled with lies and ethics violations from unprofessionals. I first contacted Christina and David Fillipo with Better Homes and Gardens, on January 18th, to list my house with them. They said they were scared of the weather that day and the next, and could meet me the next saturday. I requested to listed the house at 48,000$. We had a great experience with Alanie Flanagan!! This is the seventh house that we have bought and/or sold, so we've had several realtors over the years. Alanie was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful at every step. She worked well with our banker and the realtor on the other side of the transaction. She recommended several other professionals to assist us during the buying process and beyond such as the home inspector and electrician.
