Realtor Minnie Rector was very unprofessional. She would write up a contract have me sign it edit then have me sign again. I had countless buyers back out of the purchase. Once I was finally tired of dealing with it I backed out of a sale signing to be completely released from the sale and the realtor taking my home off the market. She then made edits and tried to get me to sign another contract which I refused.
