My wife and I had the absolute best realtor.. Niki Tucci when purchasing our home in South Venice. She always went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and always was always very responsive to our needs. Her hard work and perseverance throughout the entire buying process was second to none. She was absolutely the most fantastic realtor my wife and I could ask for!!
If there were 10 stars available, I'd leave 12. Kelly Trippe is outstanding, and I'm sure the team behind her is equally deserving. I had multiple properties I was wanting to move and other 'realtors' didn't perform. I hired Kelly and within 2 weeks had half of them under contract, professional photography, and just a joy to work with.
I couldn't be more pleased with Joe Suarez! Joe was instrumental in helping my husband and I find our dream retirement home in Lakewood Ranch. Joe is extremely patient and responsive. He is a reputable and professional agent who knows the SW Florida market extremely well.
