Had the worst real estate experience with a brand new realtor, Elizabeth Finn (Liz). We attended her open house, during which she did not ask if we were working with a realtor. We also had a brief email exchange in which we asked for tax and flood insurance info. I told Liz we were continuing to work with a realtor she knows (different agency) but has been our realtor for 5 years.
