Jim was fantastic to work with. He was on-time for the appointment and communicated to me very well during the whole process. He got my report to me quickly and it was very thorough. I must have called the poor man 30 times due to scheduling and other concerns based on the home I'm purchasing and he was so patient. He is very knowledgeable and educated with his work and didn't miss a thing. Jim absolutely went above and beyond for me and would definitely recommend him for your home inspection needs.

Jim Breer was hired for a new purchase required inspection two weeks prior to inspection date. Start time 9am. Painter arrived early at 8:45 to do a quick walk through and quote as Jim expressed not wanting anyone else present during his inspection due to covid. Per the painter: Inspector arrived early. Jim deserves a 5-star rating; if you doubt it look at his reviews on sites other than Google. I've had Jim inspect my first home (a condo), and recently hired him again for what is hopefully a long-term home, a nearly 200 year old farmhouse. He's been excellent at both jobs. Jim was very rude to my client and myself for no legitimate reason. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him specifically to anyone.
