Better Home Health Care found my mom a wonderful person to care for her; at some point, they became adamant and nasty. Natasha told me that "She knows we are stealing their aide and that she has been working for us". This is in fact NOT true. They were rude and harassed my sweet aide; they called me yesterday to inform me that my aide would not be working any longer, with no explanation. How do you do that when she is with my mom who depends on her? I am lucky that I have other resources......this manner in which they ended ... read more

Unfortunately it took almost a month to have my mother to get someone to come but being bedridden we didn't have a month to wait for someone they were no help to us in getting us assistance
