LIARS, SCAMMERS....INSURANCE FRAUD The WORST office in the area. Whoever gave 5 stars is not a real patient. The office manager (LEA, you know exactly what you did) who apparently has ZERO experience or knowledge about insurance, lied to me for months. They informed me that I was in network and after speaking to my insurance, they informed me that it was not true. They filed a claim against my knowledge and received payment from my insurance. I have been having them take care of my hearing for a few years. Denise and all her Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
