I got my hearing aids 4 or 5 years ago from Dr. Ward and I love them. Previously I had worn in ear hearing aids and they were uncomfortable and magnifies all sounds. They drove me nuts and I wore them as little as I could get away with. These new digital over ears aids are so much better. Dr not very nice very rude. will not and do not recommend.
My wife and both had our hearing checked at Better Hearing Audiology because we noticed that we were missing out on some words when having a conversation with each other and family. My wife was concerned about the what the process would be like. Dr. Ward made her feel at ease. While testing our hearing, Dr. Ward was very professional and knowledgeable. Took my brother who I care for here Dr. Ward is patient, caring and worked very well with my brother’s disability he worked and waited on my brother and should him and I how to take care of the hearing aids very glad we have been coming here hands down the best decision I have made for my brother.
