I’m very happy to give five stars to Allison at the front desk and Faron Blakeman as the Hearing specialist. This is my second set of hearing aids. My first set came from somewhere else. I was ok with them because I didn’t know any better. Faron Blakeman takes time to explain a lot of hearing problems and then does an extensive examination. I wore my new hearing aids home and I am hearing better than ever. Thanks to Better Hearing!!
He is very pleasant and helpful, very thorough and up-to-date, very good at explaining things. Also he goes out of his way to make sure each customer gets whatever savings might be available. He should get six stars out of five for the extra hours he puts in.
He is very personable and so is his staff!! My mom went in for hearing aids. She has never had a more thorough exam. She has not heard this well for years. She has had hearing aids from other places but these are definitely the best!
I didn't want to get hearing aids. I knew that good ones would be expensive. But I couldn't hear my husband. It was very frustrating for him and he would get really upset if I asked him to repeat himself. I knew that he would eventually quit talking to me altogether if I didn't do something. I had my hearing tested at a doctor's office about a year before and on the recommendation of a friend, I went to Better Hearing Center in Columbia.
