The staff was very helpful, patient, and attentive.
They are amazing with my son when he comes in they are patience and respectful and repeats things for us when needed

My insurance paid in full for one visit and hearing aid from December. I had an appointment for today that they cancelled because somebody else's claim was denied. Not happy about that. I will see another business for my other ear.
