Dr. Silvoy is an excellent dentist— just can’t say that enough. His staff is competent and courteous always.
Office manager is HORRIBLE. The office manager causes more management issues than ever. Previous office manager TONYA is missed with her thorough explanation & office experiences. I received the highest bill ever & the response was you “need to pay.” Without an explanation. I know what needs to be done however the reason please. Office manager is HORRIBLE. She causes more issues than ever. Previous office manager TONYA. Is missed. Dr Silvoy is a great dentist however you have to get thru security AKA office manager to see him. SHE ISNT WORTH THE HEADACHE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with the new office manager.
