This rating is for office experience. Over the years they have been having new staffing continuously changing and they seem to be getting worse. Within 2 months of returning back to the Doctor my experience with the secretary it was very unpleasant. I said this is my last. I cannot go on. I trust the Doctor very well. He is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about BETTER DENTISTRY ,they provide a warm welcoming environment and above all provide dental care that is professional and outstanding of client dental needs,professional STANDOUTS include Dr. SILVOY the dentist, Sophia the assistance and the front desk staff. Recently moved to Raleigh and had been putting off finding a new dentist office since I never particularly liked going to the dentist (shocker), but kind of kicking myself in the leg for not coming here sooner. Entire staff was lovely, from the front office all the way up to Dr. Silvoy. Very helpful and took the time to explain the best practices, and why. It's the small things that make the difference and they add up to make a huge difference here. Somehow already looking forward to coming back in six months.
