switched from Inspire Dental in Apex to the Chapel Hill location for a tooth examination because I had a previous experience at the Apex office where I felt I was overcharged and did not receive my money back. The dentist at the Chapel Hill office examined my tooth carefully and told me that I needed a crown. I was actually very happy because I was relieved that I did not need a root canal. Everyone was polite, cared about my questions, and didn't hesitate to explain whatever I didn't understand. The hygiene tech were knowledgeable about their job and help me understand the differences in some products I had questions about. The dentist was caring and explained the process of the procedure step by step. All in all any anxiety I had before arriving was gone, due to the expertise of this Dental doctor and his staff.
