I wanted in person EMDR and was told it would have to be virtual. We had two sessions and did absolutely no EMDR from what other people have described to me. After waiting weeks to meet with a therapist the first thing she says when i get on zoom is that we would have to push it back even further because i didn't complete all the intake questionaries. It was a battle to get her to wait 10 minutes so i could jump off and do it quickly..(just a bunch of surface level print off questions about depression and anxiety) Anyways sh... read more
I have seen two different therapists here. I have never had any trouble canceling or rescheduling appointments. I appreciate the assessments that happen periodically to track my trajectory and take a temperature check. Laura is my current therapist and I really feel seen and heard with her. I would recommend this place to anyone.
excellent office with excellent therapists. kind of difficult to get options on who to see, but i asked to change to a specific therapist and they were able to get me onto her schedule! and eveb my intake was helpful. i'm excited to continue my mental health journey here.
