This post is specifically for the care of Connor and Ashtyn. I can truly say that they have hearts of gold, and are the kindest and smartest people I have met in a very long time. Offices are nice. My insurance was accepted. Front office was very kind and found a way to help get me in quickly. My therapist is amazing.
Problem with surly and rude receptionist since day one at this facility. Very poor office management and severely lacking in communication skills. Not recommended.
On October 9th, my therapist Laura Janikowski emailed me saying she realized we don't have any appointmentsfurther scheduled, and that she could get me in on the 16th. I didn't see it till the next day, and said if it's still available, I'd love to take it. The appointment was taken, she said she could take me in tomorrow (Monday October 13th).
