I have had Brayden come to clean my carpets in Dallas for several years now, and every time I am more impressed with the quality of his work. He always puts bumpers on each corner before bringing in his carpet cleaning equipment, and carefully sets up his hoses to keep the entrance door mostly closed. This is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They are the reason I keep my carpets looking fresh and spotless. Brayden made sure my carpets got a deep clean, and even took the time to call me about the price. He asked about the actual size of my area rugs, since they seemed smaller than I first mentioned, and wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying too much. We are so happy we found Better Day Carpet Cleaning. Tracy is amazing. She made sure every part of the carpet cleaning was done right and kept us updated during the whole process. The cleaning she did on our carpets made them look brand new. Tracy went above and beyond our expectations and even added extra carpet protector to help prevent future stains. We also received a welcome package with a carpet cleaning product that she recommended. I highly recommend this company.
