I’ve had some of the best customer service experiences here! Ytzel took my order and she was so sweet and personable. The raspberry blonde drink is so good!!!
I recently found this place and the bursting blue makes me burst with joy I highly recommend I love the employees and they were so nice it made me cry
staff is always friendly and chatty, and quick too! my fav chain coffee shop for sure.
The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude to me. She handed me a drink that was spilled all over the sides and I asked for napkins and she handed me two little ones and when I asked for more she said I handed you some already….definitely won’t be coming here again
I don’t think there has been a single time I’ve came here and they haven’t completely ruined my drink and when I tell them that it’s not even the order I ordered they get upset and throw a fit. Save your money and go somewhere else. The employees attitude is not it they speak to you as if they are handing you the coffee for free.
