Girl taking order so rude for no reason
My 3rd trip to Better Buzz and I'm sold. The hubs and I have tried 6 different drinks between us. The coffee is delicious and our 1/2 sweet drinks have been exactly to our liking. The service has always been friendly and helpful. The food is pretty standard for a place focusing on coffee. Welcome addition to the neighborhood.
The Arizona locations have missed the point. The California locations are where it’s at! I used to live in California and always loved the better buzzes out there. Unfortunately, I’ve had several experiences where my iced coffees are warm and gross! Today I was at the Frank Lloyd Wright location ordered an iced coffee and it was warm and I even told myself to remember to tell them “can I get my iced coffee cold” which I shouldn’t have to ask for and I completely forgot once at drive thru and lo and behold it was warm.I’m loc... read more
I ordered via the app and arrived a few mins after my order was placed. Staff was very nice and directed me the pick up area. The drink was good, however, it was warm not hot which is a bummer considering not much time passed between ordering and pick up.
always liked the flavor of their coffee found out today the beans are ORGANIC !!!!!!! hope they beat out all their competition
