Wow. I can not describe how thankful I am for the free assistance they provided me. I was being billed a ridiculous amount from Yellow Pages United. But as soon as I reported it to BBB, they were able to resolve it within 2 weeks. Yesterday, I even got a letter from Yellow Pages United that they have closed my account and will stop billing me. Thank you so much.

My experience with the Better Business Bureau was always good. The only issue I had was trying to reach out and talk to people about a claim that was made Against my company. Everyone was out of office. But I still have the most respect for the Better Business Bureau!
