I really appreciate the work the BBB of Northeast Florida did on my complaint! I had trouble because I ordered a gift card from nbastore.com on August 18, and by Sept. 4, it still hadn't arrived. Customer service was giving me the run-around after a number of calls, neither reissuing a gift card nor refunding my money. We are so fortunate to have the BBB. I recently had a issue with a local moving company that was lasting over a month. I had never felt so helpless. Of course, hiring an attorney seemed like the only resolution but the BBB reputation carried more weight than I thought!!! After filing a complaint, the issue was resolved in 2 days!!! I can’t tell you how this restored my faith and prevented further insanity!!! I will always view the companies reputation with the BBB
I can't say enough about the BBB of Northeast Florida. They handled my complaint quickly and kept me informed of its progress. I received a favorable outcome and I have no doubt it is because of the BBB of Northeast Florida!!
These guys are amazing. I had a dispute with a vendor that dragged on for months, until I contacted BBB! The dispute was resolved in my favor within 3 days!

The BBB got a resolve that I have worked 3 months to get. The company I had an issue with, I have called and complained to the company location their corporate location and it continued to get me nowhere. The company I was having an issue with refused to either take a return or refund my money for their miscommunication. I emailed the BBB and within 2 weeks I ended up getting a refund. Stupid people who closed an attempt to resolve a issue before I had to file a lawsuit, they said I filed one which I haven’t. If they ignorant self can read I said I would if it wasn’t resolved and instead of allowing me that opportunity they closed it.
