Very Early this Spring, I Received my 1st treatment, after three months, I was Booked for my 2nd treatment, and they failed to show up, I understood, the next day, again, no show ! Well, I contacted the Better Business Bureau about a problem. I was having with recon, roofing. And construction, they done nothing to help the situation other than side with the company recon. Even though I had proven and stated facts they still agreed with them. They chose not to drop them. A star or even unaccredited them. Look up my review, yes, the 10% discount was not in writing. MY Review of ServiceMaster by Rice, alleged fleecing of elderly customers was never posted by BBB of Des Moines. They apparently prefer to partner with businesses rather than assisting people who are trying to find trustworthy businesses. How do they have 3 stars s when highest rating shown is 2 stars?
Did nothing. I filed a complaint with them against Two Men and a Truck of Urbandale Iowa. We exchanged comments. Two Men and a Truck lied with their reply saying I bought a Stickley Chair used. I agree with the Gentleman who said they side with the dishonest businesses who take advantage of the elderly. If you want to find out about about business don’t look here.
