one very bad plumber – i live in a remote area of greenbrier county. three months ago my refridgerator started leaking and the ice maker quit working. i turned the ice maker off but the leak in the bottom of the fridge kept leaking. plumbers are difficult to find and most of them are working on bigger jobs and don't want to deal with a leak. i finally resorted to the phone book. i called the first couple listed and they couldn't come for several days. the next one on the list was bennett plumbing, so i called the number.i wa... read more

billing problems w/ verizon – back in dec i switched from verizon phone and internet to the suddenlink bundle package to save money and eliminate a bill. suddenlink contacted verizon to cancel all services and i did as soon as the suddenlink rep left my house from hooking everything up. i was told i would recieve the final bill and it would be taken care of and that suddenlink did indeed call to cancel the phone and internet. low and behold almost 3 mths later i have dealt w/ messed up bills, too much money drafted out of my... read more

suddenlink communications – Until now I hadn't had a problem with suddenlink then I signed up for a package including phone and internet. The package That I signed up for was only supposed to be $117.00 I never did get a bill at that price. I had one pro-rated bill for the internet at $108.00 and then the next bill they started charging me $148.00 a month. Yet new customers are getting the same package that i origanally signed up for at $119.00. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't think that is very fair. I think eve... read more
