They are very helpful however the central Ga office has limited hours of 9-12 and 1-3 M-F . They do return your call ☎️. They really do advocate for the public and they do an excellent job. I’m very thankful that they are available to help.
My recent complaint was grossly mishandled by Sue Ellen R. It was closed as satisfied without any input from me. If you're unable to handle complaints without bias, you should not accept them.... This goes against everything your company supposedly stands for.
Great place to share your feelings when you feel a business was unprofessional to the public and lack customer service!
