I am so impressed and happy with all that the BBB provides, especially for small business owners. Very happy with the cohort and all the free material, knowledge and guidance.
I have eaten several meals here and the peach coffee cake is delicious, bacon is always perfect. The squeeze grapefruit is Devine, if you want to make a good impression on your friends and family visiting Chattanooga this is the perfect place to take them!!! 10 out of 10.
The BBB is a joke, unless you pay them money they don’t help business that haven’t done anything wrong . I had a customer that filed a complaint on us and we responded. The Bbb marked out or Blurred out important key words on my response to the consumer. The Bbb message us and said that the consumer never replied back so the we’re gonna close the case. And the Bbb change my rating from a A to a C-. I feel the Bbb isnt revenant today like it used to to be. I see why they have such a bad rating now.
