I’ve never been more disappointed in a company than I am with this one. From terrible customer service to subpar work, they have it all. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. They don’t care about their customers at all and will only leave you feeling ignored and dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They don’t deserve your business!

I hired Better Built to replace my roof and gutters. I was very pleased with the work done and highly recommend them. Fair prices and great attention to detail.
I have called Bori a few times to check the roof, sidings for me. He is available with short notice. We had a roof leak to the sunroom and had to replace the part of the roof. His team did a good job in fixing it and was available based on the weather before the rain hit again. I have also used Bori's services to install gutter guards and other small issues. It was a smooth roof maintenance with Bori. Came and quote the first day and started the work right on the next day. Work quality and cost is good and he also help with extra fix on the areas not looking good. Would recommend.
