Terrible experience — I did not get what I designed or paid for. I used Better Built Barns’ online design tool and spoke with a salesperson who completely understood my vision for turning a shed into a tiny home. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once the build started. The crew showed up over an hour late and didn’t follow my placement instructions — the shed ended up a foot farther from the fence than agreed, which cost me valuable space. Great company easy to work with
We absolutely love our new shed! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. It was assembled, painted, caulked, and delivered quickly—and with such great care and attention to detail. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear that real craftsmanship went into every step. Highly recommend!
Built our Barn style up in Detroit around three years ago... I was just pulling into the place today and thought it still looks brand new... affordable and still great quality. Amazing to work with as well. I went into Salem shop and designed it with them, then their crew came out and built on-site. Great family atmosphere... and they do a lot for the community too. Highly recommend!
This is the 2nd time I have used Better Built Barns and am so glad I did. Ally and Tyler were great in helping me price out options and had some great planning advice. Jose and Ramon who did the build did an excellent job.
