This company was great to work with. We sold our house in Citrus Heights in under 30 days. They explained the process, gave us a timeline, and helped us sell our first home from a distance. We were able to complete everything over the phone and through emails. They were always available to answer our questions. They are very knowledgeable. They moved quickly in helping us find someone to do a few repairs. They even staged our home. It looked stunning. It almost made me want to move back. I would recommend them over and over.
Darla has helped us buy two houses and we weren't easy clients. We looked at A LOT of houses for the first one, covering the southern/western/northern Sacramento area. Darla was particularly helpful in pointing out things that she thought we wouldn't like if we knew what we were seeing.
